Nordic Bridge Partner AB (NBP) is pleased to announce the upcoming Executive Capacity-Building & Institutional Study Tour for a delegation from the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), planned for late November. The programme represents an important step in strengthening Nigeria–Sweden institutional cooperation and advancing knowledge exchange in education financing, governance, and public-sector innovation.
Developed and facilitated by Nordic Bridge Partner, the programme will bring together executive delegates for an immersive learning experience combining executive education, institutional peer review, and strategic engagement with Swedish institutions. The initiative is designed to support institutional development, strengthen leadership capacity, and provide practical insights into sustainable education financing and public-sector effectiveness.
A key component of the programme is executive learning delivered through the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, where participants will engage in sessions focused on strategic governance, education fund management, organisational leadership, and institutional transformation. The programme also includes strategic synthesis workshops designed to translate international best practices into practical institutional outcomes.
The delegation will further participate in institutional peer-learning engagements with Sweden’s national student financial aid authority and selected digital governance institutions, examining areas such as student loan administration, repayment systems, operational efficiency, fraud prevention, digital service delivery, and organisational effectiveness.
Beyond technical learning, the programme seeks to strengthen long-term institutional relationships between Nigerian and Swedish stakeholders. Through structured dialogue and exchange, participants will explore approaches that can support stronger governance frameworks, improved service delivery, and more sustainable education financing systems.
